Chemprene was founded over 60 years ago to manufacture military coated fabric products.
Chances are, that at the end of any armed forces supply chain, it would not be uncommon to find the Chemprene brand specified on drawings by name. The Navy, Air Force, Army and Marines have been specifying the Chemprene brand since the 1950’s and it continues into this day.
With Military applications it is not always easy to know exactly how our material is being used, due to the sensitive nature of defense projects, however our chemists and technical staff readily design to stringent Military specifications and performance standards in order to meet the requirements and conditions for various applications.
